I’m not referring to a brand as a logo and a typeface… I’m referring to the new kind of brand, the one is formed by the entire experience of a customer’s interaction.
That experience gets branded into his or her memory and leaks into the buzz of modern culture. If you can’t make a good customer experience from start to finish, you’ve failed to generate brand value that will attract customers to come back for repeat business and tell their friends to come back, too. That’s how good customer experience directly affects the bottom line.
Clients come to me with enthusiasm and great ideas. Even though they may be asking for a tangible- website, blog, marketing campaign, social media strategy, email newsletter- really, I am solving their problem through artistic service. It is empowering for people to see a concept take shape, their ideas come to life and their organization grow and I feel honored to be a part of this process.
So, what do I *really* do? I design & build awesome user experiences & communities using fresh ideas, rich visuals and compelling content that is: Measureable, Accessible, Sustainable & Profitable.
I dove into website design and development in 1996 and have created several online businesses, e-learning campuses and learning management systems and built branding and marketing solutions for major corporations, small businesses and large nonprofits. My portfolio is diverse, both stylistically and organizationally.
I bring a rare blend of high-level artistic ability, strategy and technical expertise. I can write, design and structure content, and also create award winning visuals that greatly enhance user experiences. I really enjoy applying my organizational knowledge and user-centered design techniques to solve problems- combining what the users want with what the organization needs.
